2.2. Flowers and plants may be delivered as buds to ensure a longer lifespan.

2.3. All products are subject to availability. If unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute the product with one of equal value and quality.

2.4. If a store cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately and refund your payment within 14 days.

2.5. Some products may not be available for same-day delivery unless explicitly stated.

5.5. HADAAYA is not responsible if the delivery is made to the correct address and the recipient refuses or fails to collect it.
